Exchange/Returns

Question 1: Do you guys accept exchanges/returns?

Answer 1: Because we love to shop (just like you!) we know that sometimes things just don't look or fit the way you thought it would. That's why we are happy to accept exchanges (no return) on items if you give it back to us within 7 days of your purchase. Of course, we expect the item to be in their original condition, meaning it must have its original tag attached, unwashed and not damaged in any way.
Unfortunately sale items and accessories are final and cannot be exchange or returned. 

Question 2: How do I exchange an item?

Answer 2:
 1. Contact us : Send us an email telling us what items you would like to exchange through the CONTACT US page on our website or alternatively you can email us directly at info@gnaofficial.com with the following information:
Subject line: [#Order ID ] - Exchange 
List of item(s) - Name / Quantity / Size  EXCHANGE TO Name / Quantity / Size
We will do our best to reply to your email as soon as we can with confirmation and further instructions.   

2. Mail Items back to us: Once you get a confirmation email from us, simply mail the items back to us within 7 days from the day your package arrived. We kindly suggest using an insured mail service with a tracking number to ensure the items get back to us.

3. Confirmation of Exchange 

- We will send you another confirmation of your exchange request via email when we receive the item/s (usually within 2-5 working days).

- We will dispatch the new item within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
